Material Selection: SS316L stainless steel was chosen for its superior corrosion resistance, particularly in acidic or saline environments, and its ability to maintain structural integrity under high temperatures and pressures.

Precision Manufacturing: The sintered powder disc was manufactured using advanced powder metallurgy techniques. This allowed us to create a porous structure with the required 50µm accuracy while ensuring a uniform distribution of pores for optimal filtration performance.

Dimensional Accuracy: The discs were manufactured with a precise diameter of 8mm and thickness of 1mm, ensuring they fit seamlessly into the customer’s filtration system. Our quality control processes ensured that each disc met the specified dimensional tolerances.
